Welcome to Ramázing. Everything here is made in small batches with intention, care, and artistry. Because each product is handcrafted with love, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance will naturally occur. These variations do not affect product quality or performance — they’re part of the charm of handmade beauty.

To maintain product integrity, safety, and fairness, the policies below guide every order.

Each Ramazing product is small-batch handcrafted with love.
Due to the nature of handmade formulations, natural ingredients, and artisan production:

  • Color may vary slightly from batch to batch

  • Texture may look a little different from what’s pictured

  • Natural settling can occur

These differences are normal for handcrafted beauty and do not warrant refunds or replacements.

For the safety of all our customers — and because cosmetic products cannot be resold or returned — all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Refunds or replacements are only issued in the rare event of a verified error on our end.
This includes, but is not limited to, instances such as receiving the incorrect item, a missing item, or verified damage during transit.
To process these situations, clear photos and notice must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Your full name + order number

If the request falls outside the 48-hour window, the carrier considers the package accepted in good condition.

Every order includes tracking.

Once USPS marks your package “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
Ramazing is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked delivered but not found

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If delivery issues occur, USPS is the appropriate contact.

We know that sounds strict, but this is the industry standard — and banks follow this rule during disputes.

Because every customer’s skin, hair, and personal experience is unique, we’re unable to offer refunds for reasons related to individual preferences, sensitivities, or personal results. We also cannot issue refunds for issues that arise from ordering errors or use that falls outside the product’s intended purpose.

Ramázing products are cosmetic in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

We take chargebacks seriously and thoroughly document every shipment. In the case of a dispute, all supporting information — including photos, timestamps, and tracking scans — will be provided to the payment processor for review.
Customers who engage in fraudulent disputes may be restricted from future purchases.
