Custom Wig Deposits & Cancellation Policy

Each custom wig order requires a personalized deposit based on the cost of hair, lace, and other materials needed to complete the approved design. The deposit is applied toward the total order price.

Before Materials Are Purchased

If an order is canceled before materials have been purchased or construction has begun, any refundable deposit amount will be returned in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

After Materials Are Purchased

Once materials have been purchased specifically for an approved custom order, the associated material costs may become nonrefundable, as disclosed and agreed upon before payment.

If the customer cancels before construction begins, they may choose to receive the unused, customer-funded hair and lace materials purchased for their order, subject to availability and the agreed cancellation terms.

Customers may arrange pickup or request shipping at their own expense. Shipping charges must be paid before shipment.

After Construction Begins

Cancellation eligibility and any refund will depend on the work completed, materials used, the agreed order terms, and applicable law.

Order Completion

The remaining balance must be paid before the completed custom wig is released for pickup or shipment.

If Ramázing Studio is unable to fulfill an approved order, applicable refund rights will be honored. Materials will not be substituted for a required monetary refund without the customer's agreement.
