Your custom crown is one step closer to becoming a reality.

Please review the personalized quote provided in your email before completing the approval form below. Your submission confirms acceptance of the referenced design, pricing, deposit requirements, and order terms.

  • At Ramázing Studio, each custom wig is created according to the specifications approved by the customer. Please review the following terms before approving your quote or submitting payment.

    Custom Quotes & Deposits

    Each custom wig receives a personalized quote outlining the agreed specifications, total price, required materials deposit, and remaining balance.

    The materials deposit is applied toward the total purchase price; it is not an additional charge. Materials will not be ordered until the customer has approved the quote and the required deposit has been received.

    Cancellations Before Materials Are Purchased

    If an order is canceled before materials are purchased or work begins, any refundable amount will be determined according to the agreed order terms and applicable law.

    Cancellations After Materials Are Purchased

    Once hair, lace, or other materials have been purchased specifically for an approved order, those actual material costs may be nonrefundable as disclosed and agreed upon before payment, subject to applicable law.

    Where appropriate, customers may request to receive unused, customer-funded hair or lace rather than having those materials retained by Ramázing Studio. Pickup or shipping arrangements, including applicable shipping charges, must be coordinated with the studio.

    Cancellations After Construction Begins

    Once construction begins, any available refund will depend on materials already purchased, work completed, the agreed order terms, and applicable law.

    Final Payment & Release

    The remaining balance must be paid in full before the completed wig is released for pickup or shipment.

    If Ramázing Studio Cannot Fulfill an Order

    If Ramázing Studio is unable to fulfill an approved order, applicable refunds will be provided in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law. Material substitutions or significant changes will not be made without customer agreement.

    By approving a custom wig quote, the customer acknowledges reviewing and accepting the disclosed order terms and cancellation policy.
