Preparing Your Crown for Drop-Off

1. Complete Your Service Request

Complete your Wig Service Request form and wait for confirmation from Ramázing Studio.

Once your request has been reviewed, we'll send your private drop-off location and instructions.

No payment is required before drop-off. Your wig will be assessed upon arrival, and you'll receive a service quote and secure payment link before any work begins.

2. Package Your Wig

Place your wig in a clean, securely closed bag to protect it during drop-off. Please do not include personal accessories unless requested.

3. Label Your Package

Clearly label your securely packaged wig with:

• Your full name

• Your phone number

• Your email address

Please use the same contact information provided on your Wig Service Request form so we can identify your unit upon arrival.

4. Drop Off During Designated Hours

Bring your labeled wig to the designated Ramázing drop-off location during approved business hours. No appointment or consultation is necessary.

5. We'll Take It from Here

Once your wig arrives, we'll inspect its condition and confirm the services needed.

You'll receive a personalized quote and secure payment link. No work will begin until you've approved the quote and payment has been received.

Once your wig is refreshed and ready, we'll contact you with pickup instructions or coordinate with your separately scheduled installation.
